TechWise Engineering was founded in 2014 with a single conviction: the built environment deserves better. Better design, better execution, and better accountability from the people responsible for it.
What started as a small fit-out shop has grown into a full-service home construction and engineering firm, with in-house fabrication and project management capability. Today we employ and subcontract skilled tradespeople, fabricators, and project managers to build homes across Cebu, Philippines.
We take the long view — building client relationships as durable as the homes we create. Most of our work comes from clients who've been with us since the beginning.
